            Never before have a seen a Referee have so little control over a game of football. It is nothing short of shocking.

              I've noticed both Gerrard and Carragher pushing/pulling other players away from the referee in those situations today. Good leadership that.

                    I can only presume it was for following through after he played to ball, although I can't see he had much chance to change his movement. It makes me wonder how puff headed cunt wasn't booked for boot the boot in Kuyts face early in the first half.
