Someone like frank rijkaard for me, i'd think a more attack minded manager would suit liverpool more. we've had a decade now of a more cautious style with both rafa and houllier. it makes no odds anyway whose in charge with the existing setup at the club with the 2 cancers holding us back.

I should take over for the rest of the season. We would attack with more than three players, have more than one player in the box, not defend with eleven players on set pieces, the undroppables would be dropped when they play like ****, I would have a leader for captain, no more of the negative "players are tired" ****-talk, we would go out to win the games rather than trying not to lose, two defensive central midfielders? You're having a laugh, no wonder we create nothing, I would tell them what a counter attack is because I do not think they know, etc etc.

After what rafa has achieved for our club in extremley dicey financial/ownership/chairmanship circumstances, and with other clubs with limitless war chests to deal with i hope and pray he doesnt leave any time soon.

1 bad season in five is not a crisis for Liverpool Football Club. Lesser teams 'knee-jerk' and sack managers for a bad season but we dont and never will, hence we are the most decorated club in english history.
