I'd have liked to have seen Kenny as number two to Rafa. Would have been interesting. Probably wouldn't have worked though.

that would be the ideal team IMO.

jose is the number 1 target we should be aiming for but i reckon kenny has to take a bigger role in the team. rafa cant get confidence up and has poor man management skills......something which kenny has in abundance.

jose is a great man manager but lacks some of the finesse needed IMO that kenny could help with.

failing that ( getting jose ) we should make a move for capello. he would be a good short term ( 3 years maybe ) appointment.

never want to see that ego led freak, as a red i would have been embarrassed to watch him do what he did after the barca game it was all me, me , me, not the players, he would not be the guy for this club and would dismantle the this is anfield sign for a picture of him to look at.
        Henderson, Downing, Adam, ?

Could all the King Kenny shouters, please tell me what he can do to move us on from where we are.

          I just don't see it.

People need to see past Mourinho's confidence/arrogance aswell.
I'm sure if he took over from Fergie, most would be saying it was a great signing for the Mancs.

he has more than confindence and arrogance going for him. lets look at his 8 years undefeated streak at home as well.

as for the king, i just reckon kenny knows what it means to play for lfc - something neither rafa or jose understand - and would be able to convey it better to the players in order to get them playing till the very end of a match and playing for the jersey. plus, kenny is a fanatstic man manager.

I think if we got new owners, proper owners, Mourinho would come. In fact, he as good as said this himself fairly recently.

Madrid could throw a spanner in the works, mind.

If we get new owners, proper owners, I think Rafa deserves one more year. He has made mistakes, no doubt about it. But he also had to take more **** from off-field issues than most LFC managers since Shankly combined.
