Spot on with the 'quality' of the football, we need someone who can turn these players back into a winning team, the style/manner in which we play is not important until we start winning trophies on a regular basis, although trying to change it then can cause problems.
Some Chelsea fans were moaning about the quality of football towards the end of Mourinhos reign, Scolari came in tried to change it to a style more pleaseing on the eye and didnt last a season, since then Grant, Hiddink and Ancellotti have gone back to a much more solid and rigid style
Arsenal can play the best football in the League but have continually come up short when it counts.
We need a manger to drag these players back to a level which they are capable of, cos without a change in the boardroom they are gonna have to work with what they have.
We are all frustrated and fed up. I think the Mourinho/Rafa thing has been debated enough now, we all know where we stand and I doubt any of the participants in this thread are going to change their stance any time this week so maybe a good time for everyone to take a break from this topic until there is some sort of development on the managerial front.
Unless ofcourse someone can offer up another alternative name. Magath is an interesting suggestion and no doubt he will be managing in the Prem soon considering his success but I don't watch German football and I doubt many do in England so its hard to form an opinion on him. I want a fresh face though, someone who is focused n committed on trying to win playing attractive football rather than just trying not to lose

Anyway, in answer to the thread question....No one...we have no need of one as far as i know, unless news has broke i don't know about.
Edit. And before any one calls me blind with loyalty, let me just say the'yd be right, i do have a blind loyalty....to LFC, and although i do have my own doubts...who wouldn't, i feel that airing these doubts on a liverpool forum, or among rival fans will not do the club one bit of good, so i choose to hold my councel, and just support untill the end of the season, then see what transpires, and what our choices are.
And if it should be that Rafa stays, he will again..along with the club, get nothing but my support, that's just how it is for me.

This is what football forums are for pal. Discussing all things football. And anyway this is the Future Planning Committee
In business you get 2 types of people, those who are happy with what they've got and don't like change and those others who don't accept continued failure and know when its time for a change
