It's his interpersonal skills that set him apart.

Its either (takeover) or (new manager) imo
I dont see how it's so easily dismissable that a new owner might want to bring in his own manager.

I can see PeteBest wetting himself over nothing though, in his child-like exciteable manner. Bless him and his armchair.

Wetting myself? No, only when it concerns you.

How quickly do companies immediately change their management teams

There is normally a transition period and with football its limited by transfer windows

To find a buyer, go through a takeover, change the management staff and then get all signings in place by July in time for pre-season training to start is a tall order

Thats why I think only one of those things will happen
Bob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."

Just have to look at City, I never expected them to keep Hughes for so long. The new owners would probably know that sacking Rafa would really annoy a lot of the fans + players, not the best way to start off.

I've not said what companies normally do or dont do. I just said it's not so easily dismissable IMO, as if it's the most radical concept of all time.

You may be right, we shall see.

With all due respect, anyone asking for a change in manager is talking complete rubbish. There is not a manager in the world who could have done better given the financial situation of our club.

On top of all that, with todays results, 86 points will be enough to take the title this year!!!

If anyone suggesting Rafa leveing, would like to climb out of their butt and realise that the sales that were frankly forced upon Rafa at the beginning of this season are the reason why we have not equalled or bettered last seasons performance is frankly beyond help.

Lets see what Rafa can do when he gets the financial backing of the board and new owners. Only then should he be judged when we can say that we can compete in the transfer market.

                          Course there isnt.

After all, you need a £300m squad of galacticos to finish in the top four of the PL and beat awesome outfits like Wolves, Wigan, Fulham, Portsmouth and the like

Compete with who though? Do arsenal 'compete' in the transfer market?

See, that's exactly the kind of posts that gets people pissed off mate. You're basically dismissing his opinion whilst you advocate for people to accept other people's opinions themselves.

Why is that laughable? Nobody has said that we need a team of galacticos to beat Fulham and the likes but you and I know that the PL is a different proposition than any league in the world. Still, Man. Utd and Chelsea, and at a lesser degree, Man. City, all have a team full of 'galacticos'. Look at the value of the players they've bought.
