What a f*cking nightmare..
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.

It's soul destroying. Meanwhile we look likely to pay Fulham to take their manager who contrived to finish below Stoke last season and won ONE away game all year. Wonderful.Originally posted by Reece View PostIt really is isn't it.
It just tops it off for me that the manager I didn't want to leave, is looking very likely to become the new manager of the Italian and European champions. Because he's not very good like
Those who wanted Rafa out...you made your bed, now lie in it.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Gonzales was a decent player just never adapted at Anfield, Morientes was one of the best strikers in Europe at the time again never adapted here, Pellegrino did well at Valencia as for Josemi, well he was bought early on and he was a bit of a bargain.
You look stupid comparing them with Ferri and Diao.

The away form of Fulham over Hodgson in both seasons is a real worry. The league position less so as he clearly concentrated on the UEFA cup with a limited squad which is fair enough as they had secured safety. I have to say I rather like a manager who goes for glory over the extra finances probably involved in league positions. Although perhaps in it's revamped form the Europa league finances are better than they were.Originally posted by Shaggy View PostIt's soul destroying. It is interesting that everyone is willing to believe all the links in the press for managers but are skeptical of all those for players. I guess our board have been keeping on good terms with the press of late.
I'd really like to be more optimistic but with the possible exception of Kenny being in charge of management head hunting (even that I call in to question to some degree due to his reported closeness to Purslow) there does seem very little to justify it.
We haven't even confirmed Jovanovic's signing - who seems to be being written up now like he might be a very astute pre-World Cup addition for free."The man who never alters his opinion is like standing water, and breeds reptiles of the mind."

At this stage the bast I'm hoping for is a manager I don't dislike already - i.e. not Redknapp (thankfully Mourinho is out of the picture). I'd rather not O'Neill either.Originally posted by Neil Young View PostWhat a f*cking nightmare."The man who never alters his opinion is like standing water, and breeds reptiles of the mind."
