No it wasn't you. Haven't really noticed yours on this subject. Whilst the view is also bollocks, you're far less irritating than the other muppet who brings this up all the time - except when we win, strangely

Funny that you say that actually, me and my mate were having a laugh at that too. He missed out on tickets to the united game so came to a second best Europa game lol

Very satisfying win against the dirty cloggers.

Aside from a slow start, we outplayed them and earnt it.

Kuyt was excellent, as was Agger and Torres always a goal threat despite not having a great game - that's why you dont take him off.

Lucas took his goal beautifully, and enhanced the view that he is NOT a holding midfielder, but is being asked to do a role that isnt remotely suited to his game. Kyrgiakos was also a start and is proving to be a great signing.

Pleasing that such an attacking adventurous opponent couldnt score from open play against us in over 3 hours of football.

We certainly gave them a lesson last night. Poor Benfica

Did anyone else notice right at the end of the game, just before the final whistle,a section of the croud started singing"Are you watching Manchester" to which the majority of the ground started booing.......it was a bid odd like.

Very true, Im sure Rafa said shortly after he signed, that he would play him there (rightly or wrongly) to help his development and all round game. When I first saw Lucas on Youtube i thought he looked like a quality (albeit in the Brazilian league) box to box dynamic midfielder.
                    In Klopp we trust.

I can't stop singing this song that I heard at a Gold Coast United match. *( team names can be changed for whoever )

Build a bonfire, Build a bonfire,
                      Put United on the top,
                      Put Benfica under neath them
                      And burn the bloody lot

                      Build a bonfire ...........
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Mancs sing that about us and City. One of their main songs...which are nearly all about us of course.

Put the Scousers at the top, put the City in the middle and burn the ****ing lot.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Because we don't sing about other teams when we're not playing against them, surely?

Only lesser teams (Everton, Spurs, Manure) do that in their moments of truimph, without realising that it betrays their inate and continuing inferiority.

Weird we played that kind of football with Kuty and Lucas in the team, from these forums it didnt seem like we could.
