Read somewhere, that with the travel chaos, and the lingering ashgate situation, there is a minor chance that our game would have to be postponed.

The squad are due to fly out on Wednesday, but as of now, nobody can be sure whether they will be able to do so.

Uefa allegedly looking on and will make a decision on Monday, if necessary.

Moving on, if there is a postponement, it would probably mean that our game against Chelsea will end up being in between the two semi final games, as opposed to after the semi final tie is decided. So if we go into Chelsea with a Europa Cup 2nd leg tie on the horizon, there's very little chance of a strong lineup and a handing over of the title to the mancs.

That makes no sense to me at all. Why do we want to hand the title over to the Mancs again?

The game should go ahead regardless. Liverpool should get a coach down there. FFS some teams had to sail to the 1930 World Cup Finals in South America. It took ****ing days/weeks to get there!

If there is a postponment will both ties be move ie will the away tie be first whatever happens or could the home leg stay on the date and then become the first leg?

I think the idea of the luck of the draw in relations to the selecting of games for European competitions remains intact so if they were to move the first game they would have to move the second as well, but im not sure on that.
