Yep, had a row with my Spurs mate earlier having said the same thing. He was crowing, coming out with **** like "what a fortnight, what a season, what a team!". I made exactly the same point you've just made and did he not like that!

But the general perception is Spurs, who've outspent us, have had a ****ing great season (as have Villa and to a lesser extent City) and ours has been an unmitigated disaster. We're completely ****, a two man team with an absolutely clueless manager. Spurs are brilliant, Harry is the second coming and they play amazing football. And they're two points ahead of us with a worse goal difference. Work that one out.

ha I have had almost identical conversations with my 2 spurs mates! its uncanny how they have ripped the piss out of me nigh on all season whilst in the same breath crowed about how good they have been.

Christ mate, if he doesnt think we'll win it, that's upto him. Maybe we'll concede against Atletico and not quite manage to score 3? There's no need to get defensive at the sheer mention of us maybe not winning it
