My wife had corporate seats there for the 4-1 win a couple of seasons back. She almost got thrown out at half time by the stewards because of her screaming for Torres' goal and the pen we got. And she was 5 months pregnant with our 2nd at the time but that wouldn't hold her back! I was never so proud

In 1998 I was in the north stand when micky owen scored the equaliser and then got sent off. D Murphy played on his own up front for the remaining 50 mins. Lad was immense. I was the only one smiling as we left the ground as the result almost guaranteed Arsenal winning the title that season.

I did it once and I'd never consider it again. The ****ers beat us that day, think it was Ferdinand that scored late on. After sitting through 90 minutes of bile and abuse being thrown at our supporters I had to then savour their celebrations.

Utter cunts the lot of them. Never enjoyed a game less in my life.

I spent a whole match sitting on my hands once. I was sitting in the Home end of Milwalls Den as a Brentford follwer. Luckily there was very little chance of Brentford scoring.
The Den has to be the worst ground ever, it looks like a maximum security prison.

I've done it and it's sh!t. I promised myself i would never go back and never have done, although I do work in the shadow of mount doom. I went to the cup game a few years back via a free ticket where Owen scored early on. We were coasting for a 1-0 win when the f'cker Solskjaer scored two. I wasn't the only Liverpool fan in the stand though a few guys behind me jumped up when Owen scored, a couple got thrown out and the other just had about 5 Manure fans just stare at him for the rest of the game, they literally turned their back to the game and stared at him. F'cking nobheads.

I could never do it. I've done it many times at other grounds, including Goodison, and it's horrible. Horrible. Having to try and contain all those emotions while being in amongst some absolute cunts spouting all kinds of **** about your team and your people. It could only be 1000 times worse at Old Trafford. It's bad enough in the away end there FFS.

I've been twice at Old Trafford in thier home end once South Stand, where the posh knobs sit was not to bad but very dull. There's more noise from the seats that flick back then their is from the fans. 2nd time east stand near away fans, thats a bit rough. Its being mentioned here before but it can just be as bad for your mate. Depends what both of you are like. He could potentially get up and take the piss out of you and vice versa. Its a ticking time bomb in a ****e hole.

If you have a scouse accent forget it, you'll be battered as soon as they suss you, and they will suss you

Years ago I got invited to watch in a exec box, it was 11.00 am kick off live on sky. There was me, one other red & 8 Mancs. Every time there was an incident on the pitch a couple of thousnd horrible *******s in the seats in front would look round into the box to see the replay on the TV. It was the game were Sammy went off for stitches in his foot and they scored, after they had celebrated they all turned around to watch the replay of the goal at which point I stood up and turned the TV off and gave them a load of V's. They went mental, banging on the glass threatening me with all kinds, I just kept holding 4 fingers up (we'd only won 4 back then) and telling them all to **** off knowing I was safe

I never got another invite after that

If their ticket boycott is successful you'll be sitting in the home end on your own
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
