Rafa once played him in the Carling Cup against Reading when he needed some confidence and sharpening up and he scored a hatrick!

Probably one of his best performances for us. He got kicked all over the place by the Reading defence, yet he cracked on and stuffed 'em.

To be honest I'd rather see Ngog getting confidence, as Nando is a top player and I doubt he's suddenly doubting his own ability. Ngog on the other hand looked chuffed to bits at scoring two the other day, and let's be honest he's the only back up we have to Torres, so it's important that he's brought on.

If I had the chance I'd give Torres a holiday - I reckon he must be knackered as I don't think he's had a summer off playing since the season before he joined us.
