Not saying the manager is not capable of getting more out of the team than he is at the moment - but that takes time. What p's me off is the "sack" brigade, the "wouldn't be like this under Rafa" etc.

Its far too early to panic, you can't judge him 6 weeks into the season even if he does look quite silly. Late oct/ early nov is the time to analyse where we are going

The sack brigade...who are they? I honestly don't recall seeing a post saying "sack him". If there's been one/some then I've missed them. No 'sack him' threads either. I am not impressed in the slightest, never wanted him in the first place but sacking him now would leave us in a bigger mess and puts us on the road to becoming Newcastle.

Tell you what, from now on I'll just debate the football. If anyone is sad enough, as I have been, to argue about the finer points they can be, that goes for past history and personal insults the same.

Sorry for boring so many with the way I've gone on, just be annoyed at all the people preaching of late.

I've seen a few posts calling for his head but in general I think the tone of the discussion has been along the lines of your feelings.

Not quite sure what people expect - for everyone to be happy clappy and focus on the positives all the time. It's been dire in the league (and league cup) this year and criticism is inevitable. I think in someways the muted response has been a reflection of even Roy's biggest critics at least trying to give him time.

I think he meant it at Arn's initial post in this thread. 'Do you sack him or keep the faith in him...' or something of the same ilk.

But yeah, it's preposterous to say that there's a 'brigade' in here who are calling for him to be sacked. It's far fetched to state something like this as there's hardly been anything like this.

There are some in this here thread, following loads in the match thread. Someone even said they despise Roy Hodgson. It's all getting more than a little silly.

i think your probably right, but then we knew Rafa was capable of great things.

Well I did the other night as I avoided the score and watched the car crash unfold on LFC TV without knowing the score (although I knew it'd gone to extra time FFS, thanks LFC TV )

I'll read it at some point over the weekend. But no way, absolutely no way do more than 45% of the site want Roy out.
