Make a poll.Originally posted by Shaggy View PostWell I did the other night as I avoided the score and watched the car crash unfold on LFC TV without knowing the score (although I knew it'd gone to extra time FFS, thanks LFC TV

I'll read it at some point over the weekend. But no way, absolutely no way do more than 45% of the site want Roy out.

Why would we be a new Newcastle if we sack Roy?
It's better to sack a manager if he isn't good enough and the team isn't improving at all than to keep him and fell ever deeper down the table. We play worse and worse and not better and better. No sign of an improvement at all.
It would have been a difference if the team played better and better but the truth is that we are playing worse for every game.
We are lucky to have any points at all. No one can say that we deserved the points we got so far. WBA could easily won at Anfield. Man C totally outplayed us, Birmingham the same. Arsenal created enough chances to win the game.
It would have been a difference if we dropped points playing good and deserved the points but we are playing crap.
The players look like they just want to get off the pitch as soon as possible. They don't exactly look like they enjoy the games. I can understand them. Playing hoof ball isn't exactly fun. I wonder what Gerrard and Torres thinks when they know before the game that it will be hoof ball yet again.
Skrtel before Agger only because he may be a better defensive defender. Someone should tell Roy that you need to score goals to win the games. You need to attack the opposition.
The teams now know that they have a big chance beating us at Anfield. No one really fear us anymore. Why should they do that the way we are playing. Northampton played us out of the park at Anfield.
Northampton FFS. One of the worst pro clubs in the leagues. They outplayed us. They wanted to win the game and our players didn't give a ****.
The ones that is calling for Roy to be sacked have valid reasons.Stop the cyberhate

from now on I will skip talking about our finances. That is a promise and will save myself from looking like a

I agree with nearly all of your points and they are very grave concerns. However you can't just sack someone after about 10 games in all comps. 5 in the league! Yes it looks bleak and yes he looks hopelessly out of his depth, but he has to be afforded the opportunity to turn it round. 4 or 5 wins from the next 5 and we'll be sitting pretty in the league, and any calls to sack him would look silly.Originally posted by Arn View PostWhy would we be a new Newcastle if we sack Roy?

So basically, that means that if we don't win our next game, it's reasonable to call for his sacking after 6 league games.Originally posted by -V- View PostIf we don't win the next 2 league games then fair enough you can start calling for his sacking. But I believe we will win those games and atleast 2 of the 3 that follow. Then the mood will be differentTrey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

i think the criteria as far as i am concerned is performance..........Originally posted by Icon View PostSo what is the criteria for a dismissal?
Lose all 5?
Lose 3 draw 2?
Draw 5?
Then who would want the job?
No money, moral and a ****ing 20+ point mountain to climb...
if we lose all 5 but play amazing an have 30 shots a game well we are moving forward.
If we play **** and win 2 or 3 i would potentially still want rid.
Ideally bring in pellegrini or Kenny......or both!!
the team has to look like it is talking shape........_____________________________________
