Wilson for Konchesky, Kelly or Darby for Johnson, Shelvey for Poulson, for the love of god play Agger instead of Skrtel, Pacheco or Eccleston for Ngog easily, hell might as well toss in Ince Amoo and Spearing. But to me team selection is only part of the problem

We have to start pressing the ball higher up the pitch

Look at those comments from Holloway, he clearly sees what our problem is and that is we are standing off teams and defending too deep

Holloway is a great guy. I've listened to a lot of him over the last 24 months. But please, don't get any illusions he's LFC calibre. He speaks it as he sees it. He's learning the ropes, and is a refreshing fish out of water in the premiereship.

Just have a look at his start of the season quotes on new signings.

What he did over Roy, is actually form a plan against a team he had actually spent some time studying. I very much doubt that Roy know's what Pro-Zone is.

It wasn't the fans that started the war. Roy did that in his interviews when he told the fans to shut up because I know best etc....

I doubt that the fans would have turned on him in the same way if he had respected the fans but he didn't do that.

Maybe if he understood what it means to respect the fans and not insult their intelligence with stupid comments that basically say 'fans know nothing', then we wouldnt turn on him like this.
