Also, Coleman got lucky as the ball slid under Konchesky's body/legs while diving. And sat up excruciatingly nicely waiting for someone to finish (where the f*ck were our central defenders?). However, not excusing Konchesky he was poor aside from just this incident - like everyone else.

The second goal was a good clearance from Kyriagos and Miereles was supposed to be positioned in case it fell in the centre just outside the area. Had he held his ground he would have been there before Arteta. Not sure what he was thinking moving to the right as the ball was crossed in.

The link is that they both have managed LFC, there is always going to be a contrast drawn.

And you must really be forgetting last season because we lost 21 games or the likes, finished 7th and hence the Europa League misery this season and were a laughing stock. Roy has been useless, he brought some below par signings into an already weak and fragile squad left by Rafa with a couple of seasons worth of kamikaze buys.

Rafa fault with the squad Roy came into, Roy's fault with the languishing league position and the way we have been playing, or not been playing as the case may be. People have short memories thats for sure.

Skrtel i think was running out wide near Konch in no mans land, could be wrong but someone pointed it out yesterday?

We need to sort this ASAP though as it cannot carry on like this. It is plain to everyone that our team is playing awful and with the players we have that shouldn't be possible. Our tactics are something from the stone age.

The whole team needs a lift and we need a man in asap who knows what he is doing.

See how easily that Coleman went past him yesterday for the first goal? Criminal. People hung Insua out to dry for that stuff but at least he contributed plenty going forward. Konchesky is just pure ****e, always has been.
Agree 100%. Coleman didn't even have to sprint past him or dribble. He merely walked past him as if he wasn't there. Shockingly bad full-back play. Another one of Hodgson's successful transfer swoops. Insua seems like Carlos Alberto in comparison with the useless Konchesky

Proof whoever wrote that has done it on reputation alone. Soto has played really well almost every time he's been called upon.
I thought he was our best player at Goodison.

But back end of last season you were one of the ones advocating sacking Rafa because he wasnt capable of getting the best out of a squad that was clearly better than its finishing position

You cant have it both ways

Oh but so many people are doing.

He underachieved with a strong squad by finishing 7th when we should've finished 4th at least. So he was sacked.

                        Masses of revisionism later....

                        He's left a ****e squad and a ****e legacy.

                        It's laughable.

It was factually incorrect the first time

Lucas let Coleman past him and presumed Konchesky would stop him. Had he tracked back behind Konchecky while Coleman was cruising around Konchesky, Lucas would have stopped that ball from coming in. He was too lazy to do so.

You should've responded with an entirely different view second time round, mess his head up

                                Bruce - 4.
                                Allardyce - 1.

                                Hodgson - 22
                                Grant - 9

Incredible stats, and "he was only at Fulham" doesnt really wash either when Holloway already has 3 away wins, West Brom won at Arsenal, Wigan at Spurs etc, its not that difficult to win 1 away match though evidently it is for our manager.
                                Jesus, frightening.

JWH and NESV are supposed to like stats, so once they start crunching the numbers surely Roy's going to have to go? I can't think of any stats that suggest he should stay.
