Is the right answer. The clearout needs to start with Hodgson and remove every God awful trace he has left at the club. Konchesky, Poulsen, and any number of the undoubtedly rubbish backroom staff he's brought in.

Then give whoever comes in time to look at the rest of the squad.

I'll change it then dp, plenty of this squad challenged for the title. There quality is not under question for me. We lack some key players, but they v
can be purchased in January.

What this team needs is a new direction and proper instructions before they step onto the football field. With out looking into it, I'd say at least 8 of the eleven that played v Stoke and Wigan would have started for the opposition had they been in their squad. So it's not a question of individual quality.

To have a clear out you need money. And you need someone willing to take the players you have off your hands. Anyhow, this has been done to death. We don't need a mass clear out, we need about five players being ****ed off and about 6 quality players coming in.
