A mass clear out is a knee jerk reaction, while we do need some better players, we don't need to destroy the squad.

Starting with the manager we need a serious ****ing clear out, there are players there that are just not getting make it. IMO

Skrtel
Maxipad
Poulsen
Konchesky (Has to be one of the worst LFC players of all time)
Spearing
Jovo
Lucas ? (Squad player)

Too many weak links, and i wouldn't let Roy near a transfer budget if he does stay (which i just cant see how he possibly could) NESV must be aware of how Roy is performing, SURELY!!!!!!!!! this will come to a head sooner rather than later!!!! Calamitious signings, calamitous tactics and formations, calamitous subs, NESV need to take action now!!!!!!

Thing is with a massive clear out like this, we'd get what £20m-£25m for that lot? How are we going to fill 8 holes in the squad for that sort of money?

Regardless of the merits of each player, there's no way we can afford to make such drastic changes all in one go. Unless we're going to spend stupid Man City type money, changing those players would probably take 3 summers.

Use the strength of the squad and you would only need to get rid of four five players.

The only ones I would sell is Gerrard, Carragher, Poulsen, Babel and Konchesky.

Keep the rest and sign a maybe three excellent players and use it to play a game that suits what the squad is built for.
