I'd like to hear a little more of Dalglish's opinion on how the game should be played. The game has changed a lot since he last managed.

I'm not saying he'd be worse than RH, I just don't think he'll be as good as a lot of people think he will.

I want to know what people will think when they realise Hodgson will still be in charge next season. Give me decent odds and I'd put money on Roy still being here next year. NESV are ****ing clueless I'm sorry to say. They know nothing about football and seem to blame everything on Rafa, just like the media.

I'm sorry to say the fools have took their judgements of the club by Reading the ****ing papers. John Henrys quotes clearly back Hodgson - where he goes on about it not being Roys fault as he didn't put the squad together. I don't care what nationality he is, anyone who has that opinion is a grade A mug.

Whilst the bull**** stories and rumours of Henry searching the globe for a new manager are nice, that is exactly what they are - bull****. Anyone who thinks otherwise, or think NESV know what they're doing, I beg you, think again. They are clueless as to how bad Roy is and how much of us being bad is Roys doing.

I hope I'm proved wrong and NESV have some kind of grand master plan, but I very much doubt it. I think we should stop kidding ourselves they have a clue.
      Forwards.......

I figured it would take a good two or three years of building to get back into contention and back into the CL. To my total amazement this season's PL has been nothing short of astonishingly ****. Even accepting defeats at Everton, City and Man U etc just a few decent results elswhere (Blackpool, Sunderland, Wigan and Stoke etc and we could have been second .
I'm staggered this opportunity for a quick return has slipped through our fingers and blame that fat headed prick entirely. The ridiculous thing is, is that I STILL don't think it's beyond us to finish 4th or even better in this pile of **** that is the PL providing Hodgson gets bulleted pronto. Dalglish or Thommo would do fine till the Summer when we could go out and head hunt that young, talented manager we deserve at the club.

I should add, I think NESV will prove to be exceptional owners and will learn. But learning takes time.

Hodgson wont be manager next year ffs. Do you really think someone pays £300m for an asset and have it managed by a moron who is making us go backwards thus hurting the value of said asset?

I think you're 100% wrong mate. NESV must realise he's a waste of ****ing space. To keep the ****er on would be like buying Harold Shipman's GP Practice off him and then asking if he could stay on to do the flu jabs. ****ing madness!!
I have one word to offer - honesty. I couldn't be devious if I tried. Joe Fagan.

We'll see fella. Sorry it goes against the grain of concensus that Americans who know nothing about football will make the right decisions. They'll get there but they'll make mistakes along the way. And keeping Roy will be one of them, Hodgson is going nowhere.

So why is he still here if they don't think he's the right man? It's not a question of a replacement not being available. If Jose didn't work at Real Madrid they could go out and get whoever they wanted no problem. Same goes for us. If a manager would take the job, they'll take it now if we ask them.

i get it we are all frustrated and hating where we are.

however good businesses do whats right for the long term.

i dont think anyone thought roy would be this bad. i didnt want him but i couldnt have seen it being this bad.

did any of us know about comoli? roy didnt

if they are backing roy why was comoli brought in without his knowledge.

if they are backing roy why doesnt he have final say on bringing players in.

i understand the logic in bringing someone in now but maybe we will have to wait a month or two. in the end getting the manager right is key.

none of us know how Kenny will do or what effect that will have on the relationship with the fans or even the players if they know he wont be manager for long.

lets get the right man in and as quickly as possible what you nor i know is how quick that will be.

Why must they realise? Henrys comments suggest he feels Hodgsons been dealt a bad hand and that it's not his fault. Hodgson is going nowhere.

interestingly they madrid that is have had to wait till the end of the season to get there man. in this case it was Maureen and its been the same in the past.

The recruitment of Comolli does not indicate a lack of faith in Hodgson. It's just the way they want to go. Comolli will still be in his position when we get a new manager in. They want long term thinking and Comolli does that for them.

They work with the same strategy in the USA and they are comfortable with and understand that system. It makes sense that they adopt the same system over here.

Because they are in the process or getting the board and CEO together. You need to right infrastructure at the club which is the most important thing to have before you start looking at the manager and other areas.

They have just employed Comolli to oversee transfers and youth players so that is one thing Roy will not be doing he can ask for all the players in the world but if comolli thinks they are **** which will most likely be the case with Roy's signings then that will be that.
