What I want : Roy sacked tomorrow.

What I expect : It'll take the majority of the season to get the board structure in place, and as such he will be here until next summer.

I think we'll see the board structure in place before the Jan transfer window, this has to be one of the main priorities for NESV at the moment.

I guess once this is in place we'll see where things are headed - in terms of Roy, transfers and expectations for the rest of this season.

If he sees out the rest of the season I expect a mass exodus of players even if he does go in the summer.

We will finish out the CL for definite, lucky to finish in the Europa cup placings. We will finish that low, and knowing that the plan is long term signings wise, they'll be off.

We need a new manager now. A good finish to the season, signs of encouragement and they will stick around.
          Forwards.......

I'm caught between he won't see the year out or he'll be here until the end of the season, if we give him money to spend in January he'll be here for the season
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I think Henry has said the new Board with some footballing expertise will be in place before the end of year. I think he went on to say they will set footballing philosophy and strategy.

I would be surprised if Hodgson is removed before they've completed their vision / strategy. The replacement will need to fit with that. Getting rid of Hodgson before that is complete will make no sense to them, they will want the new manager to fit in with where they're going.

I think the only thing that would force Hodgson out before then would be a string of poor results that would threaten survival in the Premership.

I think he'll be gone in December. My thinking is that the owners will surely have been looking at replacements and bringing in a new manager in December would give him time to check out our squad before the January transfer window opens. Obviously I have no idea who should take over though!

Losing against west ham at home is not even thinkable. But more than likely to happen

Wigan, Stoke and West Ham = 1 pt. That would draw the line for most Chairman given the performances in the league thus far

We lost to Blackpool & Northampton at Anfield already. Torres is likely to be out injured and players will be coming back from international duty. If we create chances who's going to put them away? I say better than 50/50 chance we'll lose or draw

True, we'll beat them no doubt about it. West Ham are totally ****, confidence is at an all time low.

Wonder if Cole will be back for it.
