i've never known a striker as prolific as torres to get some much stick.

His heart is not in it some say. Why would he grab a liverpool flag and drape it around him when he lifts the world cup, one of his first thoughts. Only 4months ago.

we actually played well today. Tactically good, played with a bit of flair and created lots of excellent chances and roy i have to say gets some begrudging praise from me.

The problem is usually i can convince my self that another away defeat is another step closer to roy's removal. However i feel we were unlucky and that this type of "glorious" defeat (being a tad sarcastic there) doesn't really harm roy enough.

Oh and the ref was a complete homer.

Let's not cane Torres please, he's done far more for LFC than Mr. Hodgson has done. If you're looking for someone to hang up to dry, it's the manager, not Torres.

Contrast the Torres we bought to the Torres we have today, moaning away. He hardly bothers to run, never mind running any channels.

Ngog was stupid for the penalty, but he worked his socks off for the team - We must have watched different matches if you though Torres worked harder then Ngog

Hodgson's job is hanging by a thread because of his ineptitude, not because Torres couldn't score today. We were 1-0 for god's sake, should have been at least able to keep that scoreline, his tactics being geared towards that aim.
