He's pissed off and rightly so I'd say. Feeding off scraps all game, working his socks off for nothing. Gerrard got off lightly for his 'sulking' last season.

It really is. Shocking in fact.Originally posted by Shaggy View PostI'm on Torres' side in the debate about him, but **** like this doesn't help. This is really bad.

I'm not the type to be critical of a player who has clearly carried the team just for the sake of it. That's not my style.
Yet I've seen so many examples of this kind of attitude lately that it's only natural that he will get some stick for it.
That is the worst example I've seen though. It's sickening that actually. He just doesn't give a **** there does he.
No matter what he thinks of Hodgson, WE deserve better from him.
I thought that when he disappeared down the tunnel vs West Ham, and when he did the same without clapping the fans the home game (or was it two home games) before that.
But that puts the top hat on it really. Shankly would be ripping him limb from limb for that, and rightly so.
Compare with Carragher who has been getting stick lately and what he was like when coming off injured in lots of pain, still full of commitment for the cause even then when Soto was slow coming on.
Whatever the tactics and however poorly he is used, there's just no excuse for that.

He wasn't feeding off scraps today, very open attacking game, he got lots of the ball just didn't have a good game. That behaviour is disgraceful.Originally posted by NigelLG View PostHe's pissed off and rightly so I'd say. Feeding off scraps all game, working his socks off for nothing. really not rightly so. let him be pissed off when he's not on the pitch. let him express it by getting in hodgson's face at melwood.Originally posted by NigelLG View PostHe's pissed off and rightly so I'd say. if he doesn't even care whether we concede a goal or not then it's a disgrace and there's no amount of tactical chit chat can gloss over that.

We have 5 points from 8 away games. We have scored 5 goals and conceded 13.Originally posted by Exiled_red View PostI've just looked at the table and it's really depressing after 15 games we have 19 points.
- We're 12 points away from the top and 7 from the bottom
- Only 5 teams have lost more games than us
- Only 4 teams have scored less goals than us
We're ~40% of the way through the season, if we carry on this form until the end of the season we'll finish with 48 points

I disagree, all I see is some one who knows he can't change what is happening and is walking to where he is expected to be.
It was a very sharp edit to the end there! About 1 second I'd say.
Perhaps he does want to go but that video provided minimal evidence and no proof.I don't need a lift, I need ammunition
