When Houllier arrived Carragher had just broken into the first team so I'm sure he had a major influence on him. All players like a different style of manager. The bitterness towards Carragher is unreasonable.

I cannot see us getting in top 4 this year. Too many things would need to change (3,4 quality signings in January, a new manager, no long term injuries to key players etc.) for that to be remotely possible.

I expect us to win a game, lose a game, get few draws and repeat the same cycle over and over again.

Villa are injury hit, are on a barren run themselves and we have been decent at home in the main. I think we'll win.
