I'm absolutely gutted we didn't win 5, 6 or 7 nil. We made Villa look abject, Glenneth should really have put one of those chances away and Kyri should have buried his first header. Same thing happened against Spurs, should have been 5 nil up before Spurs first attack in the second half.

Anyway, now the confidence is there hopefully the finish will come. My moment of the match, Ngog's cool decision to slide the ball to Maxi and his cool decision to side foot rather than blast the ball into row Z.
    One tit for another.

I didn't feel Villa gave up playing. They were pressing us, but we were just better. Much better. Everton didn't have any opposition to play against.

I meant we sat back and gave up - like Everton did against us.

            No we cant.

I want RH out and of the realistic options, Rafa looks the standout candidate.

            So bite me.

100 clean sheets. A terrific accomplishment. And a great effort by everyone tonight to keep moving up the table.

I also noticed that Alonso is following John Henry on twitter.

Alonso, although he cheated the other week he is still a legend.

We can only dream eh lads, goes to show how much he loves this club and the fans.

I should say, since no one else will, that Paul Konchesky had a very good game for us today. I found it hard to believe that Stewart Downing got the ball when he knocked it past Konk despite being ten yards away, but aside from that he did nothing wrong.

Very assured in his play and passing. But one game where he had little to do does not make a player. Let's see if he can build on it. His best game so far for us.

no he didnt. He just had very little to do, defensively.

The few things he had to do - he got skinned by Agbonlahor, despite having a 4-5 yard head start. He had a Villa player down by the goal line/corner, with about 0.02 yards of space, and the fella still dug out a cross.

                          He's ****.

I could have had a good game at left back tonight. Seriously...

But then the same could be said of Ngog's GREAT performance, against Villa's ****e defence?
