That should be instant sin-bin or something. It's the type of thing you would expect to hear coming from a stupid persons **** who then had a **** who then said that. It's stupider than a stupid persons ****s ****.

        Rafa is a Sacchi disciple

The Sacchi AC Milan side is the pinnacle of what that system can achieve and the best that Rafa has managed was the season we finished 2nd (and maybe Valencia in his final season)

Rafa failed because the Sacchi system isnt flexible enough it has to have specific players of a specific type to function. When we finished 2nd we had most of those players but last year the players brought in / playing werent suitable and then the whole thing goes to ****

Some of that wasnt Rafa's fault because he wanted some players he didnt get (for whatever reason) but he some of the ones he actually wanted also didnt work within the system

Now to me you cant make the system exciting and expansive its a crushing machine, the moment you step outside the principles of the Sacchi system then the whole system falls down like a pack of cards

Also loads of baffling substitutions ala taking Torres off when we played Birmingham (the day Stevie shook his head in disbelief)
actually that wasn't baffling in the cold light of day, that was the start of Torres' injury problems and Rafa was aware of his problems.

Put a dozen top managers (including rafa) in a poll and ask who should replace Roy and there is no way 11 of them would get 30% of the vote between them.

would take him back in a heartbeat, with help with signings and no distractions with the ownership and therefore his concentration on coaching, i would be elated.

Knowing what the fans want is easy. To win stuff, and for the manager not to be a dick. Any top manager will understand the modern game. Knowing the club, well anyone who hasn't been stuck in a snowy wilderness for decades will have a good idea and can certainly learn. Ability and vision for the future are more relevant traits looking forward. Probably not Rafa.

i forgot to mention the word passion and that is what drives me on through good times and bad, that is why i would like him back, because out of all the possible managers that have been mentioned he would be the man that i would feel the highs and lows with him because we would be on the same wavelength because we are both fans.

But ultimately I trust him, I rate him and ideally I want him running my football team. Under Rafa I felt we could beat anyone in Europe, and we often did. I want those days back.

                              Amen to that Shaggy,

He should never have to been forced out in the first place regardless the poor season of last year , ok, i'm just as bitterly disapointed as the next man at that performance shown by all players and team selection which some times fustrated the hell out of me but hell, one (yes one) bad season out of six years under Rafa's rein did we fail to challenge and compete in the top four and ultimutly win one and reach one final and reach two semi finals of the Champions League and to add a couple of other Trouphys as well says to me personaly, the Board room made a total cock up which resulted in the Club being in the situation it is now in.

As soon as roy go's the better we will be but, roy can take those usless fookin signings with him as they are a weight around the Clubs neck as far as i'm concerned.

Rant over and waiting for the backlash to begin

I tend to agree but you fail to point out that the few times we have played good football under Hodgson is as good as the best we played under Benitez
