And IMO your thread is blatantly a Rafa vs Roy with zero criteria to suggest otherwise. Someone else put a perfectly good thread with several options which people could not be pigeon holed to thinking "well Rafa is better than Roy" which we all know already, not breaking news so lets vote Rafa obviously!! That was actually once Craig, i know because you posted straight after it and suggested i did it because it was you posted it. I can tell you now that i just thought it was humourous, nothing more.

Same as you post little laughing smileys when someone takes the piss out of me. Its swings and roundabouts, its all good. I have no probs in banter, in fact its essential. I am not offended very easilly, hence my survival thus far on here

Well, I'd have him back ahead of Roy, in fact I'd have him back ahead of a lot of candidates (even though I'm intrigued by Villa Boas and Klopp). I would be more reluctant if he was going to start throwing **** at whatever structure NESV are trying to implement as part of his desire for full control, I'd be equally reluctant if it mean't civil war with Comelli. I'd be even more reluctant if he insisted on playing two defensive midfielders in every. single. game. I'm not arsed about how Jamie La would react so if him coming back meant losing Carra then hey ho. I'd be more arsed if it meant Stevie and Nando dropping the shoulder and ****ing off.

I'm not sure if the divide between fans matters though. After all, if H+G are gone, Parry is gone and we start building the new stadium we'll need something to argue about. May as well be Rafa. At least we've already got our opinions formed and ready to copy and paste. So the split in opinion shouldn't matter to NESV either.

See, hard to answer really. I'd like to see him come back in the right circumstances and be part of the club machine, not Rafa against the world. Not sure Rafa would though given his penchant for a rigid oversight). And Nige, given that I still haven't worked out if sacking him (had we got any but Roy in) was entirely the wrong decision I find deciding if we should bring him back equally tough.

Still, love the bloke though. Ideally my preference would have been for him to tear up Italy and Europe with Inter and for us to get someone who's not a total imbecile in. I'm really gutted it hasn't worked out for him.
