Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

If Cole is out I'm not too disappointed Maxi can come back in, he's been good recently and shouldn't have been dropped fro the last game
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Cole has done nothing during his time here to mean he should be thought of as a big loss when injured.

I hate it when we lose it grips me, but if we win say by 3 or 4 then this tit is going stay for another month or so and start spending money on trash, I should never want the reds to lose but on this occasion I feel a defeat or a draw will seal the bodges departure.

I'm interested to know, how are you all approaching this one - the first instinct is to want a good Liverpool performance and win, but are any of you leaning towards the dark side - another rotten Liverpool display and a Bolton win?
Hence moving Roy one step closer to the exit door?

I think he could be a goner tomorrow chaps.

I am torn about this game to be honest, I don't want us to lose as we are in a really bad position at this present moment in time however I do want him gone and I feel if we lose tomorrow he will be offski, so in a way I want us to lose.

The new owners won't tolerate another loss as the fans will start piling even more pressure on the Bodge. I also believe Bolton will beat us tomorrow, Coyle said in his press conference before that his team will be going there in a positive mood and he thinks he can do us and Bolton have been playing some decent stuff of late.

Worrying times, tomorrow is a big big day.

I really don't want us to lose, I can't ever go into a game wanting us to lose, but if I knew he would definitely be gone...

If they approach the game in any way like Wolves then there is a damn good chance they will beat us, comfortably

No doubt the players will approach it the same way, no doubt at all. I actually think that some of the players won't give 100%. They will be happy to take a loss if it means that Roy is sacked.

I actually counted the clock down at the end of the Wolves game and actually laughed when the whistle went.
