it's so depressing that i am just so meh about a game tonight. Not expecting much - haven't a clue what team he is going to play - we have two key players in agger and aurelio who should start but will prob break down if they do...so do we rest them? which would mean we bring in the konk and kyriakos.......again hodgson worried about gerrard and torres, do we rest them? with meireles out does that mean poulsen comes in and er babel or cole start with ngog? - **** this is going to be a dreadful night...

I'm seriously thinking of ****ing any links/foreign channels off and watching the Arsenal - City game.

Besides the last game I ****ed off we won 3 nil. Up until this season I wouldn't miss a game.

...in typical Blackburn style, Gerrard and Torres will get lumps kicked out of them...especially by Diouf... and I can see us being without one of them at the weekend due to the intensity of tonight's game. That said, I'd rather have 3 points tonight and lose at the weekend as it might accelerate face rubbers exit.

With this much talent in attack we sould beat Blackburn easily.

I'm worried about what condition Gerrard and Torres will be in for Sunday on the back of this but we need the victory regardless.

Maybe that’s why some of the early team sheets that have been posted recently have been wrong. By the time match day comes, Roy has forgotten the team he picked in training and just wings it on the day.

Just on a side-note lads.................did Roy ever say anything about why PFK wasn't selected for the Bolton game ? (we all know why of course, but interested to know if he was asked)
