Yep. it's incredible that a team can go away from home and get the majority of the ball, and have more shots, while facing a team who can't tackle, and not look remotely like getting a point for 85 mins.

I actually thought Lucas had a pretty bad game, that probably wasn't helped by the fact that he was practically playing Left Back the whole game to cover the gap left by our lack of numbers on the pitch.

He was also isolated in midfield because of Gerrard's lack of discipline there.

Until the first goal I thought him and Johnson were quite good.

Wasn't a great game from LUcas but nowhere near as bad as Birtles was making out.

Just doesn't have the discipline to excel in CM, given his ability.
