Think about it craig, he's been here (can't remember exactly when he signed) but, what the fook as/ does he bring to the team? he clearly never brought his suggested high hopes with him did he,

I don't want to start a slagging off argument about him but, thats my personal view of him

I have thought about it and that's why i posted the smiley.

Lucas has been one of our best and most consistent players this season, and has consistently improved since he joined. Everything about his level has an upward curve about it.

We need Carragher back, it's blatantly obvious. Skrtel isn't good enough and our defence needs organising. Johnson is a joke, he's utter ****. Can't believe he's an international earning £80k+ per week. Torres, Gerrard, Carragher and Reina are all worthy of being first team players. I'd add Lucas and Kelly and also Agger if he can stay fit. The rest are not good enough to be considered more than peripheral players.

We're a mess at the back without Carragher. I'm not suggesting that we will play better attacking football with JC in the side, but we really need him in defence - we are shocking without him.

Seriously - johnson would be fine if we had a proper defence and team around him - ie, the other 3 defenders were solid and we had someone in midfield who can cover the ground quickly and put tackles in to cover any defender going forward and break up attacks - then the bench would something like

totally agree - the defence were a bit of shambles at time, but the midfield was ****ing dreadful - as bad a midfield i have ever seen at liverpool

The defence is a complete mess at the moment, there's no communication and organisation. It's all well and good Skrtel heading the ball out to the opposition and Agger looking to make advancing runs into blind alleys, somebody with some intelligence needs to organise our defence - it's not operating as a unit without Jamie Carragher.

We were shocking with him. I don't see how reverting to an ultra-defensive system is going to do any good, unless you think we are in a dogged relegation scrap and have to eek out hard-fought 0 - 0 draws against the likes of West Ham and Wolves, while praying for a miracle against the likes of Stoke and Sunderland.

It's just a sign of how some fans have become conditioned to ultra defensive football I suppose, that they start going cold turkey when we try and open things up a bit and inevitably look a bit more vulnerable; hoofs are regarded as comforting as a hot water bottle and some Farley's rusks.

We had a negative goal difference when Carragher was in the side. Carragher is the least able to cope with no midfield protection.
