Disappointed result and disappointing second half performance. Yes, starting with Spearing shows we lack quality, but not as badly as Everton. Another 2 points lost.

Well, this is all getting very depressing.

Liverpool vs Everyon: Post Match Thread

Come guys, by and large that was a good performance. We outplayed them in the first half, got our heads down in the first but came back well. More steel, playing higher up the pitch, with more confidence and passion. Things are getting better and it takes time. I'm encouraged even if I'm disappointed at conceding those two goals.
        Really?

attacking play looking better, never going to win if we can't defend.

Feels like a defeat tbh. I seen the collapse coming at half time & disappointing we couldn't improve after being gifted a way back into it. Never even looked like getting a winner tbh.

Another poor result in a really really long line.

The first half performance can give me some hope but they reverted to type in the second again. Subs were not the best either.

Everton missing 4 of their best players, definitely 2 points lost.

Extremely frustrating. Lack of quality within the squad shows once again.

Get the ****ing wallet out Henry and co.

JWH has witnessed first hand that we need some major investment in players during this transfer window. Hopefully, he will grow a set and make a decent amount available

Kenny has made some strange decisions thus far

We're so **** when we go ahead these days. I swear it's ever since we conceded those soft goals that knocked us out of the CL last year. Our arse just ****ing goes. That said, their first wasn't a corner, somehow megged Pepe and then hit the post FFS. Their second play should've been stopped imo. Yet more soft goals.

We're definitely heading in the right direction though. I thought an attacking sub was desperately needed but it never came sadly.

A couple of quality additions could abso****inglutely transform us as a team.

As least we didn't lose the match so that is a positive for me.

Just a shame we let the 2 goals in so early. Much better all round performance, Spearing, Kelly and in particular Torres were all excellent today.

We'll get better but we really need to start getting some wins under our belt, we need to go on a bit of a run now.
