strange? you can only work with what you have got. I don't think he has made any major errors.

Agreed and we should have won but Skrtel gave two goals away.

Lucas was the man of the match for me and and Agger was fantastic before he came off.

Torres slowly getting back to his old self and Maxi played very well, there were some positives.

We need to ship out about 5 or 6 players and replace them with more quality and pace, we we horribly lack.

It just dawned on me watching the scum game that we need at least 8 new first team players. Were just ****e basically.
And worse again it will be at least the 20013/14 season before we see champions league football again.

I thought Lucas was poor today but has been decent this season, not the biggest fan of him but he can hold his head high IMO as been better than most this season, he'll never be a great player IMO but an effective one.

            Different strokes i suppose
            Fair enough pal

I think with regards to Meireles, I'm just glad he's a) got a goal and b) tried to fight. Then again, in comparison to how non-existent he's been in recent times, it just goes to show we're clutching at straws and really NEED reinforcements. Too bad Stevie got himself sent off. And that also shows the quality we've got. I'd have even stuck Poulson on today, at least he tackles properly, ****in ell, it's square pegs round holes............

lots of negativity here...yes i know its the bluesh*te and we should be beating them comfortably but i have seen more positives in the last 3 games than i saw from the previous 20 with Roy.

Torres looks a different player , Kelly looks a great prospect and is making RB his , we are showing more passion & fight and remember Kennys only been there a week...

I will just be happy to survive relegation this season, and for those who think could not happen, you need to wake up. We are now in a relegation battle and so are Everton that game looked like one.
It's a prediction thread on a wish list.

                    Shattered confidence all round

It takes time to turn things around. Some people can't seem to get their heads round that and expect improvements immediately.
Especially in light of the fact we stooped to levels of ****ness under Roy that the players quite frankly had never experienced.

Disagree Skrtel caused us the two goals and there were one or two others that were ****. We need about 4 new first 11 players IMO.

I must have been watching a different game to all you doom mongers slagging us off.
We battered Everton in the first half, Torres looked back to something near his best and if it wasn't for 5 mad minutes after Agger had to come off I think we would have gone on to win.
Skrtel was at fault for both goals, Spearing isn't good enough, Kelly is now 1st team regular not a squad player.
Get Gerrard back in off Torres, buy a player or maybe 2 and we will be back up towards top 8 which is all we can ask for from here
The King was back for a short while. Long live The King.

Playing Poulsen & Jovo in any LFC first team is a mistake.

As for today Johnson at LB is not the way to go, he's bad enough at RB. Cole and Aurelio on the bench for whole game, and Kenny's one and only sub was Jonjo Shelvey?

Mate i'm a relation of Kenny's, albeit distant i'd love him to do well and i don't like critiscing him, but he is the manager of LFC and is in the firing line. He is a LFC legend but now being a premier league manager he is open to criticism and IMO thus far he has made some mistakes, hopefully he gets to strengthen the squad as he's came into an epic nightmare and a very poor squad.

you need some skill to come back into a match and get anything. but at least we looked interested and tried to win which is better. yet again individual mistakes cost us points.

does skrtel ever actually look at the ball when he defends? never even knew where it was, the clueless *******.

The problem for me is confidence, you knew at 1-0 if Everton scored we'd fall apart. If we could build/ keep our confidence we'd be doing a hell of alot better.
Of course confidence helps and is vital in football or any sport but every man and their dog knows the Liverpool squad needs new faces. How long are we going to wait for the confidence to come back?

As has been said before Hyypia, Arbeloa, Mascherano, Alonso and Benayoun have all left and been replaced with inferior players. You can't afford to stand still in the Premier League but we haven't even stood still, we've went backwards.
