Thanjk you.

I've got no qualms with people questioning Kenny's team selections/subs so far. Some people seem to get a bit uptight about it but IMO we can question/discuss this stuff without being "on Kenny's back" or whatever.
The team selections at Blackpool and yesterday I both found bewildering to be honest.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
i have found his selections to be a bit strange and would prefer earlier subs however its early days and he may be trying many players out or trying to get all on side or with low morale and a lot of games thinks something different is needed
the good news is the performances have improved though

“…Slip like Freudian, your first and last step to playing yourself like accordion.”
He did say that everyone 'would be given a chance' and I think thats what he's doing. I imagine from now on the team will settle and those who didn't take their opportunity (Jovanovic, Poulsen etc) will be moved on or find themselves not involved. The likes of Shelvey, Kelly have stepped up to the plate so I think they'll be involved a lot more from now on. I can see Cole getting his chance on Saturday.
IMO he has made some strange decisions and shown a bit of lack of urgency with subs, slightly negative too. He has made a few mistakes, but he needs time and he needs to make the team his own.
Roy got half the season and made some terrible buys and dragged the team down. I don't like criticizing Kenny too much after 3 games but he'll put his own stamp on it, buy few players and as soon as he finds his best team, then IMO can he be properly judged.
No issues. Let's not forget there's been a run of three games in 8 days, and in those circumstances you have to use the squad. Also given that Kenny is new to the position he'll give everyone a chance to prove themselves and we're seeing that in his early selections. Of course we all have our own ideas of what the first 11 should be but managers have many more considerations than we like to appreciate.
i think against everton we should have started with:
--------------------REINA--------------------
KELLY-----SKRTEL----------AGGER----AURELIO
JOHNSON----LUCAS-------MEIRALES----BABEL
------------KUYT---------TORRES------------
With dirk helping in midfield as well............i couldnt understand spearing to be honest.... even if we played Joe Cole in the gerrard role roaming behind torres with dirk on the right hand side.......
i think stevie getting a 3 match ban was ****in stupid as well.......idiot
Come on guys. You say he has made mistakes, but you don't explain what they are. Spit it out so we can discuss this subject properly.
Johnson at left-back I don't agree with. I was even more surprised to see him play there yesterday given his performance at Blackpool.
Poulsen and Jovanovic shouldn't have played at Blackpool IMO. Thought Babel did well enough at Old Trafford to deserve a go. Or Maxi. Not Jovanovic! I understand he might be giving everyone a chance but he's said himself he's been at virtually every game and so he must know about those two, surely?!
At least he seems to have no time for Konchesky.
I'm not really complaining - I think there's been a visible improvement in our attacking play, which is encouraging, and he's obviously only been in the job a week.

I don't think he's made mistakes. I think he's tried some things that haven't come off perfectly.
I think there's an important difference.
And I don't mind people questioning his decisions. It just all seems so simplistic as well as ludicrously too soon.
. Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

I agree and I think that's good enough for now.

Yeah I've merely disagreed with a couple of team selections in the last two games, I wouldn't be so arrogant to call them mistakes.
Though results have been totally depressing there's definitely been an improvement. I think by the time Gerrard's back we'll be playing some good stuff and getting results.
