I've never known a player to miskick a ball so often as him. He can't do the ****ing basics.

N'gog is a long way from the standard we should have at Liverpool. He's worse than Pongolle and Le Tallec, he's better than Sean Dundee, and probably about the level of Neil Mellor for me. Nowhere near the standard we should have, even as a squad member. There's no other top club with a striker as bad as him, and you have to go a long way down the league before you hit strikers as poor. I mean, is he any better than Nile Ranger? Or Leon Best? I don't see it.

No way should he still be at the club next season. He's far too weak and doesn't seem to have confidence in his own strength.

      Ship him out.

Oops, I should have said worst since Voronin. He's better than him.

I think he's the worst striker in the prem tb brutally h. I can't think of another as poor.

I'd rather have Harewood, DJ Campbell or Varney.

Age is no longer an excuse. Has pace and that's about it. Very poor in front of goal. A half decent striker would have buried the three good chances he had tonight.

I find it hard to disagree. He's really not good. So weak. I'd sooner have Heskey back at 32 years old.

                  It is that bad isn't?

I've never wanted to be to harsh on him due to age & it not being his fault he was in the first team, but I've never rated him tbh.

He's too old to just be a prospect now. Babel was given the same time and the tide turned against him when he was a similair age, and for me he had infinitely more to offer than N'gog. He tries, David, but is too limited. I couldn't see him at any other prem club forcing his way past any striker to get a first team place.

He's had more than a fair chance to prove himself and to me has shown he's about the same level as Neil mellor was. Both score a few goals, mellor holds the ball up better and is more of an all rounder, n'gog has more pace. Neither are/were good enough for us though. Hopefully a lesser team in the French league will be prepared to pay a bog for him in the summer, but I dont want to see him playing for us again. Can't believe Pacheco or jovanovic werent brought on to replace him tonight.

Bring jovanovic on? ****ing hell he should be ploughing fields in preparation for the great food shortage.

Totally agree. His finishing is absolutely dreadful. Sure he is lacking confidence and that is the worst thing for the striker but you cannot change the fact that he's not fundamentally sound.

                            I'd sell.

Last night showed he is not good enough, Sparta are not exactly a great side. Hopefully Carroll will be ready for the next round.
