Tactics have bieen **** imo. 3 at the back has just invited them to play right onto us and counter-attack. Go to 4 at the back and push the wingers up. Pack the middle and be hard to break down. We're wide-open atm

Yup, been out thought and out fought in the first half it seems.

We have a squad without pace and without any physical presence.

You don't win many games without this.

pretty much agree with this although you do need to add creativity to that missing list.

And so we find find ourselves once again struggling against a team that is at/near the bottom of the league. It's games like these that shows our squad is nowhere near good enough. There's been posts before about when we get Gerrard, Suarez and Carroll back... well 2 out 3 shouldn't be bad but...

The basics are wrong again today

Lack of pressure on the ball has been obvious today and we are totally then failing to win any second balls

Very reminiscent of the Hodgson days apart from us attempting to pass it rather than just ****ting it anywhere

We have got into some decent areas but once again our decision making has been woeful

This is definitely not the worst performance
You forgot Stoke away, Northampton home, Blackburn away eetc...

The passing is off no doubt but at least we are trying to pass instead of aimless punts under Roy

Biggest problem today is a lack of pressure on the ball midfield has done zero closing down

Worst 45 minutes under Kenny no doubt about that but far from our worst performance under Roy

We were very unlucky with the first goal (Pepe imo could have done it better. Got caught too far out).

We had a couple of decent chances (e.g. Raul, Glen) and if we would have converted those we would be ahead and not Hummers.

We played far worst under Roy but our passing today especially around the box has been awful.

Still have 45 minutes to turn things around.
