He's entitled to express his opinion appropriately, consistent abuse of our own players is not something we support on this site, not least because it tends to turn threads into flame wars. Personally I'm no big fan of GJ myself, but calling him a "c*nt" repeatedly is not exactly the Liverpool way is it?I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
Mine angry and defrauded young?

The second wasn't Skrtel, he had his man, in Piquionne, he can't mark 2 people, that was Wilson's man as Carra had to cover for him.Originally posted by calvoboy View PostGerrard at fault for first, let hitzl have all the space in world on edge of box to play Parker in. Great finish though. Skrtel being skrtel for second. Not good enough.
They won't be able to keep up this tempo for 90 mins, and we are still in with a chance here if we fet an early goal. Hopefully the formation change will help a bit second half.

And so we find find ourselves once again struggling against a team that is at/near the bottom of the league. It's games like these that shows our squad is nowhere near good enough. There's been posts before about when we get Gerrard, Suarez and Carroll back... well 2 out 3 shouldn't be bad but...

This is definitely not the worst performanceOriginally posted by danperkins View PostGutless performance, Gerrard a complete non event, barely even running. Worst performance i've seen this season from Lucas. Suarez so isolated its incredible. They want it more, outfought throughtout the whole half.
One of, if not the poooest display from LFC this season.
You forgot Stoke away, Northampton home, Blackburn away eetc...
The passing is off no doubt but at least we are trying to pass instead of aimless punts under Roy
Biggest problem today is a lack of pressure on the ball midfield has done zero closing down
Worst 45 minutes under Kenny no doubt about that but far from our worst performance under RoyBob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."

Too many times have we lost the ball and players have not got up and tried to win it back.. Is Suarez isolated? yes.. But even still, he needs to hold the ball up better and try to stay on his feet.
Gerrard basically non-existant, strolling around the pitch.. Maybe he's back too early?Vive la France

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Absolute bollocks. How many 1st challenges are lost in the game? Happens all the time.Originally posted by Mostar View PostHe was and you cannot blame him for the second. Wilson lost the challenge in the air and that cost as a goal.
Ba will not score any like that for as long as he plays.
Yes in an ideal world Wilson wins the header but Carra is too slow to leave his comfort zone of the width of the 6 yard box and let's the cross come in.
Put it this way, if Wilson let the cross come in and Ba scores Carra would have been running towards him, bawling at him and blaming him for not stopping the crossThe King was back for a short while. Long live The King.
