Sure even Evra seemed to be somewhat agreeing with Carra (obviously regarding MJ's histrionics) after he got the yellow......bad challenge of course,"I will make the boys feel your support"

Well I didn't think Carra's tackle was as bad as is being made out. Clumsy and rash, but not as dangerous as many of the potential leg breakers we've seen this season, and every season to be fair. Could have been sent off, but tackles like that are usually yellows, and they don't usually end up with serious damage.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

Going with Scholes and Carrick v Lucas, Gerrard and Meireles is definitely one of the most inept tactical decisions ive seen in a long while. It was awful.Originally posted by Deano View PostI must admit I was surprised Utd didn't start with Fletcher and Hernandez more so Fletcher as Giggs, Scholes and Carrick got absolutely ****ted in midfield today. Everytime Scholes had the ball he was either in his own half or backtracking back to his own half.

Yes, I thought exactly the same. I don't expect much media criticism of the tinkerman though.Originally posted by Chris View PostGoing with Scholes and Carrick v Lucas, Gerrard and Meireles is definitely one of the most inept tactical decisions ive seen in a long while. It was awful..
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.

I think the reaction to criticism is more to do with frequent critical posts, in particular those where criticism is based on Gerrard's role in The Bay of Pigs affair and Carra's in faking the moon landings.Originally posted by Arn View PostDon't question Carra's tackle. If you do, you do know that you have an agenda against him
Tackles like that don't have anything to do with football at all. Tackles like that is disgusting to see whatever player is on the receiving end of it.
I hope that you that think that Nani deserves what he gets don't complain when one of our player is on the end of a tackle like that.
Tackles like that is what is destroying the game.A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

They were also both on the grassy knoll.

but it does seem to be 'ordinary' these days in terms of noise and wit, and I just wondered if it's just what the telly mikes pick up.
