Wasnt there some kind of pattern with away shirts?

Something like white, then yellow, then black, then white...etc.

Maybe stick grey in there too and you could be right, I loved that kit from a couple of years back, the one Gerrard had on when he kissed the camera the first time against the mancs.

I think the grey was instead of the white perhaps? Could be wrong.

In fact, i always remember yellow and white being our traditional 'set in stone' colours for away shirts, but not so much grey or black. At least, not with the same amount of frequency at least. A slightly more modern twist, if you ignore the grey 'Candy' kit of the Barnes era.

The white one posted above, with the blue trim, is hideous

The yellow one below it is brilliant though. Great classic look to it, yet with a modern twist too. Yellow with red trim always looked good. That should be our 3rd IMO though, with the away kit always being an exact 'inverted' version of the home.

I must admit the white and blue one looks a bad photoshop job, and I think the only way that could be real is if somone has seen it and tried to re-create it on their computer.

It does doesn't it - quite like the yellow one reminds me of this!

Not sure if you're joking here

But it's not black, as such - it's just 'blacked out' to keep the design/colours secret, until it's launched.

If it comes out and turns out to actually be black, then this will look silly

Without having looked at your link (i will do at some point, sounds interesting), am i right in thinking that black, green and grey are less frequently used than white and yellow? That's how i remember it anyway.

White and Yellow are Definately the most popular, we did go through a green phase though.
