Even with his lack of games that's unbelievable.

Behind Cavalieri and equal with Jones and Poulsen.

Agger has only started ~15 games this season, a significant number under Hodgson were out of position (at left back) where he was poor.

Under Kenny he has been better he's started ~8 games but picked up a couple of injuries so not been at his best. The games in which has played well he has been out shone by other players.

I think lack of appearences in his favoured position and playing most of his game at centre back in good team (attacking) performances have affected his position in the MOTM tables. It's not a problem IMO when playing at centre back he hasn't really put in any poor performances that I can recall.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

For goalkeepers keeping a clean sheet. Shelvey got bonus points for being less **** than everyone else vs Northampton

Only one conclusion to be drawn from that list............Sell Agger, get the PFK back and Gerrard is clearly voting for himself.

Suarez played only 4 games and he had 2 MOM one less than Traitor and Lucas.

If he continues to play as good as he has been so far could he be MVP of the season with 9 games left?

For those interested Paul Konchesky's one game that wasn't **** was the 0-0 away at Birmingham

I can fully understand the reasons for it, but considering he’s played such a pivotal role in turning our season around and sorting out the defence (despite the small amount of games), it was just surprising to see him joint bottom. Especially when you look at some of the name above him.

What about Cole's two MOTM's? The only good performance I can remember was his debut against that Sunday league team. Would that have even counted?

I think attacking players tend to get alot more credit in these polls than defenders, the fullbacks Johnson and Kelly are probably in there for their attacking abilities, but all the centre backs are low down Carragher (13th), Skrtel (14th), Agger (25th), withe the exception of Kyriakos (5th) I would imagine that he is so high because he stands out in games where we are under siege because of his aerial ability and because he offers a noticeable goal threat from set pieces.

Agger has put in some good performances and we have looked a much better team with him in it but goalscorers and creative players tend to get more credit. An example of this is Meireles I don't think that he has put in that many great performances but his goals have got him MOTM. The games in which Agger has featured we tend to have been putting in better attacking performances so IMO he has been pushed off the list in games he has played well in by these players.

Cole's MOTM performances came against Rabotnicki & Steaua Bucharest (both at home)

Better not let Arn in here. I think his head might explode if he see's who's at the top
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

Don't disagree, but you shouldn't have went to so much effort.
