I watched those clips and it looked like Hammill was playing through the middle. Not on the flanks like he does for the ressies. Probably not a bad idea given how direct he is with his runs.

theres a piece in this weeks lfc mag from rick parry, in which he basically says that le tallec, cisse and flo po are all as good as gone. All the clubs they have gone to have the option to buy, however he does seem to say that Carson will be coming back, also mentions that hamill is doing a good job.

hamill was man of match again for dunfermline i think next year he will be loaned out for a month or two to a premiership team then he'll be ready to play for the 1st team

The flip side is he also can't improve much as there is no-one better to compete against, he needs to be moved up a level, or two, and the quicker the better before stagnation sets in.
