We need to offload him asap..and he needs to understand, he can't command that salary..

He'll be in the same bracket as Michael Owen next season..

      Good old Harry
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Shame for the pudgy little chap bit you can bet 'Arry'll get him playing.
        3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Big shame as he's a talented player.

No chance he'll be here this summer, which tbh i would have been shocked by had you said this to me last summer. I wasn't sure he'd be a massive hit, but to not even get a look in when players are missing is a telling sign.

The biggest shame is that he has been a true gent since he's been here and not kicked up a fuss even once. Model pro.
          Forwards.......

Just hasn't worked out for him which is a shame because he's a player i've always admired.

Not much point in keeping him with the way things are going though.
It would have been a bigger surprise if he'd actually turned out to be a good signing

I've never rated him that highly to be honest

                I still rate him.

He is clearly not right mentally or physically, it's as though he simply cannot be arsed with football anymore.

He looks run down in the face and also slightly overweight too.

If he could knuckle down and sort his head out and work on his fitness he would still be a good addittion imo however I can't see it happening.

His head and his mentality is fine.

He's been like that since he was born.

I can see WH being interested in his services subject they stay up or any other low ranking London club if we decide to sell very cheaply.

His wages are killing us and we have to let him go even if it means selling him low.

To be fair to him I dont think thats ever been an accusation you can level at him.

My biggest problem with him is what coaches use to call "guilding the lily" which is basically that he always tries the complicated stuff when a simple ball would more often than not suffice

Thats always been his problem for me

he has ability but not sure he has the inteligence required to be a top top player.

its a shame but the lad has made a very good living and had some good moments.

just not meant to be in a Red shirt

That's a fair enough assessment. As you said though, the lack of mentality or the idea that his head isnt right, is totally off the mark with Cole.

Spurs or Newcastle would take him just because of his reputation, a bit of a misplaced glamour signing. Maybe west ham if they stay up.

I could see him going to Newcastle or Spurs

Equally could also see Berbatov going to either of them also
