Head for a bar called the stock exchange. Drink prices based on demand and every so often there's a market crash where everything's cheap.

While Sydney and Brisvegas are great cities, I think we all know that Melbourne is Australia's cultural and spiritual heart. ****ing awesome place to live.

The cities suck mate. The real heart of Australia can be found in her regional areas.

            That is so true.

Side track but I've never been interested in visiting Japan due to the crowding in the cities but I saw a program on tele yesterday which visited the country areas and it's changed my mind completely. I won't of course be visiting any time real soon mind

I think you can say the same about most countries in the world. As soon as you move away from the concrete, pollution and overcrowding, it starts getting more interesting.

Cities are cool places to visit but I couldn't live in one anymore.

Nah mate it's gotta be the Gold Coast

FB's in a good spot up north of Cairns also but the crocs and stingers spoil it for me, Other than that, it's a great spot.

I mean really, Melbourne's not too bad I suppose but it's full of Victorians

I live on the Northern Beaches which are on the outskirts of Sydney on the most northern point of the area. So its suburban but still close to the city. Perfection!

Crocs and stingers? Never seen a croc in the wild in my life (don't swim in green rivers, not rocket science) and stingers are out in force for a few months of the year. Just swim within the stinger nets.
