Yes you are mate. While Stevie has his faults, he's our main creative/driving force. He's not been 'poor', that's what you posted. Below his best (maybe his age can explain that, he's not that young anymore) certainly, but poor, on the whole, not.

Imo, he was poor throughout last season, aside from the odd inspirational performance and this season he hasn't been much better.

He hasn't been in a good run of form since the 08-09 season, nearly two years ago now.

Talking of Pacheco what has he done?? Rafa (to a certain degree), The Bodge and now KK seem very reluctant to use him

Completely agree about Pacheco coming on instead of Spearing.

I've read a few times about our three managers overlooking him. However I think it's clear that Rafa thought highly of Pacheco (blooded him in 08-09 but perhaps didn't play him in 09-10 because of our League form). Roy has never rated youngsters and also doesn't count as a manager in my opinion Kenny... hmm he hasn't featured so far but since KK has taken over our League games have been like cup finals in regards to qualifying for Europe and progressing in the UEFA Cup - perhaps it's not the right time to play him.

Or perhaps I'm wrong and Pacheco simply isn't good enough. Afterall the managers see more of him than we do and would surely throw him in if he was good enough?! Perhaps he'll go the same way as Nemeth.

Still though mate, agree that Pacheco should've come on instead of Spearing on Thursday. Every single time.
