Well first of all if you don't know what 'look to create space or move into space' means... fair enough.

But with regard to it, yes every footballer should be doing it. Watching our lot for the last almost 3 seasons though there has definitely been a lack of it, they are like statues on the pitch. They don't move they just want the ball to come to them and when it does, there is invariably several opposition players around them.

As for being deluded, I can safely say I am not one of them. I believe we need quite a big overhaul but I also think we do not need 'players of the moment' for every position, we need a group of players who can play as a team which is why I won't shout down players like N'Zogbia, Cahill and Baines.

Our Squad is a disgrace apart from 5, maybe 6 players. We have no right to expect to roll teams over. Still not impressed with spending 35 fcking million pounds on Carroll! But I'm sure he will come good when the turds around him are replaced.

Would Flanagan be any worse on the right than Carra? I doubt that. Would Suso or Sterling be any worse than Maxi, Spearing or Cole? I doubt that.

Carra should never play on the right. He is **** in that position so why play him there? When Carra plays then he should always play in the middle.

Play players in their best position. If a right back gets injured then a central defender shouldn't be moved out there. Don't change the system to much.

If you move around the defenders to much and play them out of position then the result is a mess.

Other than Arsenal how many of the teams above us play young players consistantly

So they would be worse picks than players like Cole, Spearing or Poulsen?

I would say that they would be better choices simply because they offer more to the team and would give 100% out there.

I'm not saying that they should start the games. Give them a place on the bench instead of players that shouldn't be on the bench like Cole and Poulsen.

yeah completely mate, it's looking at everyone and seeing how they'd fit in - the names mentioned don't exactly make me think "I can't wait to see them in a red shirt" but as you said also doesn't mean they shouldn't be considered.

And even if they don't offer more, they could turn out to be top world players in the future if they are blooded young rather than going stale in the reserves.
