Personally I thought Wisdom looked decent there too. That's not to say I do not rate Flanagan either.

I also highly rate Johnson, so the competition is high. If any can fill in on the left, thatis an extra string to their bow.

How is Jack Robinson getting on? I always think it is nice to see a lot of academy youngsters around the first team.

I'd written him off unfairly. He's definitely proved me wrong. He's technically very good too, always seems to have a good first touch. Be delighted to keep him as a squad player, and on current form, a starter.

Very few if any expected him to be this good.

If it wasn't for bad streak of injuries we probably would never know.

Good on him to take advantage of the chance when he was given one.

Didn't think he would be still here & improving as a player. Great to see and long may it last. Still a bit raw and needs to bulk up a bit but deserves his spot in the starting 11.

Flanno is more technically polished than either of them and he can definitely help offensively which you cannot say for either Kelly and/or Wisdom.

Those 2 are more suitable for CB role which imo explains their defensive skills and lack of offensive ones at the same time.

Kelly looks a shadow of the potential he was supposed to have. I think he needs to leave to get some games otherwise his career is just going to stagnate. The Kelly to centre back thing is always mentioed, but I've never seen him tried there or very, very rarely seen him brought on to cover there.
