It's going to take some serious work on pre-season to un-Hodgson the squad. He said: "I first started hearing about him by watching Premier League matches and observing his performance along with other players.

The former Roma and AC Milan right-back has been impressed with Flanagan's performances and says he can see the similarities between the two.
