He's a mentalist. I was watching when they went to him for comment and I've never been so confused in my lifeOriginally posted by PTP View Postwhats he on about with the first line?

A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

That the reason he got the job in the first place was that he wouldn't put up a fight against Gillett and Hicks. He was the yes man they wanted.Originally posted by PTP View Postwhats he on about with the first line?

What an idiot. I still cannot believe that we had this moron as our manager for 6 long dreadfull months..Originally posted by Shaggy View PostHodgson: "I made it perfectly clear when I left Liverpool - it was even requested to restrict my comments on LFC - that was part of the agreement I made. But it's obvious that Kenny, since he took over from me, has had some very good results and the club is going very well, and the club and the fans are pleased with him, so of course, it seems to me to be a good appointment but it's not for me to be doing too much commenting about it because I don't wish to be accused at any stage of being hypocritical, one, and two, I certainly don't think it's my business to say whether it's good or bad, but it seems the public perception of the appointment is a good one, so, er, it's a good one.Member #1 of the Luis Suarez fan club

Thing is I dont think any lawyers would be jumping on his back if he said "Kennys done a great job and clearly got the reward his work deserves"Originally posted by Marsh View Postas part of the deal he probably cant say much about us or maybe about why and how he left.
however he seems to say more than he needs to as usual in his comment.
BUT hes such a bitter **** he cant help but let his emotions spill out causing a jumble of words that are in essence ****ing drivel
This was his problem at LFC whenever somebody questions him in anyway he goes on the defensive and spouts complete ****e, it seems to be instinctive
So instead he talks about public perceptions and ****
FACT is Kenny did a good job and Roy did a bad job but Roy doesnt want to ruin his own public image by admitting that so instead spouts 5 minutes worth of ****eLast edited by Lecter; 12-05-11, 04:50 PM.Bob Paisley - "This club has been my life. Aye, he could have said 'I've known Kenny a long time and he deserves the opportunity' or 'Yes, Kenny is a good appointment'. You consider how supportive Kenny has been with Roy since going 'a good man has lost his job' etc and I think that would have been reasonable. Instead he went all Hodgson and just went off on one.Originally posted by Lecter View PostThing is I dont think any lawyers would be jumping on his back if he said "Kennys done a great job and clearly got the reward his work deserves"

im not trying to defend him just point out that he wasnt lieing when he said he shouldnt talk alot about Liverpool and then point out that by giving his usual meandering answer he actually ended up by saying more than the Its a good appointment answer that would have done.Originally posted by Lecter View PostThing is I dont think any lawyers would be jumping on his back if he said "Kennys done a great job and clearly got the reward his work deserves"
