What absolute bollocks being posted in this thread.
Posters clearly thinking they know more than Kenny, Carroll being slated when he's had a stop start career with us too date and wouldn't have been fully fit in any of the games he has featured.
Sell Johnson???? I mean ****ing really? 2 kids with a combined total of under 20 starts in the first team and we should sell one of our best players??

There's some proper clueless cunts on here.

No need for the knee-jerk reactions, Kenny has shown how far confidence, great man management and team work can get us. Add 4 quality players, shift the dead wood and steer clear of injuries and we will be flying next season.

A fully fit Carroll will terrorise the PL with Suarez, Gerrard, Meireles, Johnson plus the additions givingbhim better service and playing closer to him
The King was back for a short while. Long live The King.

How do we take this Liverpool squad forward in your opinion?

Hi birdman. Why do you think we were so poor today?

Hasn't this been discussed on a daily basis by 95% of the poster over the past few months? We had a bad day, that's how it goes but overall we've been very good since Kenny arrived.

We all know we need additions and we all know the teams above will also make additions, so why not wait until the summer and trust that Kenny/Camolli will do the right thing.

People have the right to be disappointed after such a poor and weak performance.

And where exactly have you seen this evidence that Carroll will terrorise the PL? is it based on 15 or so games for Newcastle? Because there hasn't been anything else to suggest he's going to do it and that isn't really enough for me.

Slow, ponderous, wants too many touches... i could go on but don't really see the point.

I thought he would be a poor signing on the 31st January and i've yet to see much to change that opinion. £35 million says he needs to hit the ground running, he's done anything but that.

When i think about the caliber of player we could have signed for that money i despair.

                      Maybe.

                      But construct criticism accordingly...

He was bought with an injury, and did not set his own price tag...

                          Gutted and delighted.

Gutted - spurs gonna beat us to 5th.
Delighted - spurs gonna beat us to Europa league.

Rather just focus on league and domestic trophy next year but would like to finish as high as possible.

Agreed, but it is what it is. He has to prove that he's worth it now.

                            So far, not even close.

So you agree he was bought with an injury and the price attached has nothing to do with him.

But it's up to him to prove he is worth £35M..?

i dont think we can question kenny to be honest because spurs are a very good side. They're the only team that have made arsenal resort to long balls and they've got a huge squad, some very talented players who cost a lot of money.

Kenny's squad isnt good enough and if you ask any of redknapp, ancellotti, fergie or wenger about swapping their's for ours - you wont get many takers.

Kenny has performed a miracle when you consider what hodgson achieved with more or less the same squad, and yes whilst we're disappointed that we got beat but they are a superior side with superior players. We have to accept that and look forward to next season.

We will make acquisitions and we will bring in some talent next season. We wont win the league but our aim is top four and try and win a cup competition or something. But again, next season is another stepping stone towards the following one where i do believe we will be challenging for the title.

carroll is a puzzle for us but kenny knows exactly what to do with him and how him and suarez will dovetail. Lets finish the season on a high with a good result against villa and then look to next season.
