I don't think it helps in the league at all, playing away in places like Latvia on a Thursday night then getting back to play on a Sunday afternoon. Couldn't give a Karren Brady slap over it. Sure, added bonus. Quite honestly, mid-week channel 5 games, piss all time time to prepare for Sunday league games, with the added travel etc.
Load of crap. They need to sort the competition out before anyone takes it seriously.
I'd rather do domestic cups and league placing, than double up our season's games for this championship fair play cup.Comment

It is a No from me. Yes it is another trophy to aim for, but the biggest issue with the Europa League for me is the having to play our League games on a Sunday. We will be playing catch-up all the time.
I'd rather finish 6th and concentrate domestically next season. We haven't visited the New Wembley yet, so that is something we can aim for.

Thursday sunday games are horrible for us aussies because the sunday games are on 4 am monday a lot of the time, the more saturday games the better for us!

I just want to finish as High as possible. European football will attract better players no doubt. But on the flip side, if a player comes to us without European football, are they more committed to the long term plan.
