        I can't see us playing Suarez as a lone striker (even with Gerrard off him). One of Carroll/Kuyt will start up front IMO

              I do hope Gerrard only played Centre mid as needs must with our **** squad and injuries last year. Hopefully the signing of Adam and Henderson means that he sees Gerrard further advanced

                    The line ups are doing my head in. We are going to end up with so much quality on the bench that we all want to make room for especially in attacking midfield positions, which we simply can't.

                    Its weird having depth...

                        It's certainly a problem we're not used to.

                        For the last few years if you asked a Liverpool fan to name our strongest lineup almosty everyone would agree on at least 9 out of the 11 players, if the season were to start with the squad we have now, I wouldn't really know what team we'd start with.

                          In all seriousness even allowing for all Poulsen, Cole, Jovanovic, Degen El Zhar etc leaving we still have a decent amount of depth in the squad. A number of people have said we'll sell both Meireles and Aquilani, personally I don't think we can afford to sell more than one of them, but those two aside (and the players listed above) I can't see us selling anyone else.

                            Even if Shelvey leaves on loan as well as one of meireles/Aquilani and poulsen we have a lot of options. That will leave us with Lucas/Spearing/Gerrard/Aquilani or Meireles/Adam/Henderson to fill a max 3 positions.

                              Initially                               Lucas and Suarez will still probably be resting after the Copa America, but I also agree with whoever said that we won't play Suarez up top on his own.
                              If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

                                Now that we have strength in depth, using either 442 or 451 formation shld'nt be a problem.
