He's saying more, now. He'd like to stay at LFC.. then, when asked what he would do in case an offer for a regular position should come from an important italian club, he said he'd obv take it into consideration and discuss the matter with LFC.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

        Don't we all?
        .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

that explains it, he wouldn't debase himself with anything so crude as diving to save a shot. I could play in goal for Barca.

I'm loving the celebrations, Aqualani wheeling away like he's just scored a 25 yard volley in the World Cup Final

I still maintain he wants to leave and is homesick

Why would a teammate of his say that if it wasnt true?

I have a feeling I know why he is making these comments but lets just wait and see

Italian ace Alberto Aquilani has insisted he is more than happy to stay with Liverpool.

Aquilani spent last season on-loan at Juventus, and has since been linked with moves back to Italy with AC Milan and Fiorentina.

Kenny Dalglish has suggested the 27-year-old could still have a role to play with the Reds, and the former Roma star admits he does feel wanted at Anfield.

After scoring the winner for his country against Spain on Wednesday, Aquilani confirmed that staying at Liverpool was very much an option for him.

"All I can say is that there has been a lot of talk," he said.

"I wasn't following the Italian media much over the summer, but whatever happens I am at a great club like Liverpool.

"I'd love to make my mark at Liverpool. The transfer market is open until August 31, so we'll see what happens.

"Obviously I would take the offer of a permanent move into consideration with Liverpool."

                                The key point imo

All the "higher" offers have been loans and I suspect it has been us (not Aquilani) dismissing such proposals
